[Resolved]  Employees Provident Fund — MY PF NOT RECEIVED TILL DATE

Dear Sir,

I, Sandesh B. Patole, P.F. No. MH/KND/11364/1276 . PF. office Kandivali(W), Grp No. KND-34

I had left the previous job in the month of August, 2008, And My Prev. Company sumitted the all the document for realisation of My Provident Fund Amt as on 18th Nov, 2008 in Your Kandivali office . But till date I did not get my Amt,

May I know, when will I get this amt in my account?
Is there Any other document I have to Submit to Your office, If Yes then pl guide me for this,

I had lodged a complaint regarding no response to my request for EPF withdrwal AND my complaint no. was CEPFO/E/2009/01444.

I really appreciate that today I received a call from your office asking me to send my EPF No. which I forget to mention in my complaint earlier.I got the call from tel. no.[protected]

As desired, below please find the same.

MY PF NOT RECIVED TILL DATE
I worked with a a company named InjectoPlast Pvt Ltd in Chennai, I left that company in Jan - '09 and submitted my form and documents to the company in Feb '09 and the Company has couriered the Documents to our Corporate Office at Kanpur.

I was told that i would get my amount max in 3 months.But i did't get any call, any mail since then, and the Corporate office is also telling that they have submitted my documents in kanpur PF office.
I mailed(email) them, but no response from there.

My PF no is UP/16925/757.

Please look into this matter.

I worked with a a company named Jeevan Diesel Ltd, in Silvassa, I left that company in May_08 and couriered my form and documents to EPF office Puducherry, in Sep_08.

I was told that i would get my amount max in 3 months.But i did't get any call, any mail since then, they never respond over the phone(now the office phone no is out of service).

I mailed(email) them, but no response from there.

My PF no is PC/619/676

Please look into matter.

i worked with a company named welspun india Ltd anjar dist. kutch gujrat my p.f . no is GJ/41472/005333 we are send my p.f.withdrawal form throw speed post at 07/03/2009your pf office panchayet nagar chouk university road rajkot . but MY PF AMOUNT NOT RECIVED TILL DATE

Dear Sir,
I worked in THE MITHRA AGENCIES, vijayawada, andhra pradesh as service engineer, for about 13 years, and resigned IN THE YEAR JULY 2007. I met the em[ployer thrice and submitted my PF and gratuity application, my pf number is AP/11897/125. TILL NOW MY ACCOUNTS WERE NOT SETLLED and the employer is requesting me to rejoin, I can not rejoin the job and the employer is not settling my accounts and asking me to rejoin.
