I Vinayak Badami worked for Sundaram motors Bangalore. We
applied for PF settllement 10c form to our authorised Sundam motors office in Dec 06.
Bangalore. Its about 30 month old once we asked about claim they are helpless
regarding settlement. They informed us that it need 6 month time. We are in
confusion, Is it true?I have recieved our contribution but unable get the
family pension scheme and govt benfits.Other my coligues are applied in Jan they are recieved ammount in April itself whyn't mine is setteled.
Sir can you help us?

My father Mr. Kshitish Chandra Mandal retired on dated 30.04.2005 from ORISSA FOREST DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION as Sub Divisional Manager but till date he has not received his PF dues. My father met personally with the officials at EPFO, Bhubaneswar and talking over telephone but all are in vein, they are harassing. As the distance from our residence to Bhubaneswar is more than 500 k.m's and no train facilities are there hence, it is not possible for him to meet again and again with the officials.
you are kindly requested to look into the matter and advise them to pay full amout of PF with interest till the day of payment.

I had work with ACME Telepower Ltd., Gurgaon Since[protected] and left ACME on Aug, 2009.It is stated that I have applied on Form 13 to trasfer my PF amount from my Gurgaon Acc (HR/GGN/26959/1014) to my present PF Acc (HR/KNL/37219/7) but there is no reponse.
Although all my formalities are complete still the issue is pending from Gurgaon PF department, they are not transfering my amount to Karnal PF department.
I have called up my previous Employer regarding the same but they to response that the issue is pending from Gurgaon PF department only. I dont understand why they are stretching this too long without any reasons. I have personally marked mail to Regional PF Commissioner still didn't received any response.
Kindly look in to this matter.

The share of P.Abhishek Prudhviraj of the PF dues of late Sri P.Pydi Raju of PF A/c No.AP/17714/253 was not settled by the Regional P.F.Commissioner, Warangal Dist, A.P., since 2006 to day. Hence request to arrange immediate settlement of PF dues share of the applicant who is put to sufferings due to severe financial problems for all these years inspite of repeated requests made by the applicant.
