[Resolved] EMS Speed Post — Non delivery of post in time | |
I posted application form for admission of my son in Dhirubhai Ambani Institue of Infomation & Communication Technology, Gandhinagar (Gujrat) on 17-Apr-2009 through Speed post docket no. EE[protected] IN from Raipur RMS (Chattisgarh). Last date of reciving application form was 28-Apr-2009. On 5-Jun-2009 I recived back the envelop containg application form with the comments on the envelop "Time Expired". How it can happen and who should be charged & penalized for the unrepairable loss?
