[Resolved]  EMS Speed Post — speed post not delivered

Dear sir,
I had posted a very important document on 23/04/2010 from Lucknow to Thailand(Bangkok) .It was to reach within 7-10 days but unfortunately it has not reached the destined location .My Tracking number is EE[protected]IN.I had checked through your tracking website that it was packed for DELHI FGN from LUCKNOW SPC on 23/04/2010 but further detail is not available.

An important document was posted to me from abuja to UK on wednesday, 27th October 2010.I have tracked the parcels with the number:EE[protected]NG, but no further information has been gotten.Please, do all you could so that I could get my document.All the complaints are not good to the image of EMS Speed Post, and we are not ignorant of legal actions against any breach of contract.

My name is Lakshmi James and I had sent a parcel through EMS Speed Post on 10th November, 2010 to Pala, Kerala. Speed post ref no is EK[protected]IN. It hasn't reached Kerala yet. I've raised online complaint twice in the EMS website. Initially it was closed without any reply and then it was showing some non relevant information and the statusof the complaint is pending since last 8 days. I tried speaking to the customer care several times but never got a proper reply or solution. They also say that they'll get back to me which never happened. Is there any solution for this? Please help me.
