EMS Speed Post — Post not received

Send a Post through Indian Post EMS Speed Post service on 15th May 2010, from R K PURAM - Main Post Office. Delivery was to Done With response of the Santhigiri post office. From EMS tracking System found that Post reached Trivandrum RMS. From there it went missing. On enquiring at the RMS faced a cold response. On telling them of going to complaint GO TO HELL answer. Post included some important papers which was to be submitted by 19th. But the post didn't even reached the destination by 20th.
