[Resolved]  EPF BANDRA — EPS Amount has not been credited to my account

Dear Sir/Madam,

Below mentioned are the details of my PF account:

PF No : MH[protected]
Name: Dipak Kumar
Previous Organisation: Patni Computer system
Emp No : 25384

As per the information provided by RO office, final settlement of my claim was processed via NEFT to for credit of Citibank Na, MUMBAI A/c no. [protected] as per below details:

Cheque No.-958016
PF Amount: Rs 28039
EPS Amount: Rs 13961
Date:[protected]

I have received PF Amount of Rs 28039 on 14th OCT-10 but have not received EPS amount Rs.13961 to my citi account.
I have raised a grievance case ROBND/E/2010/03667 to RO officefor the same.They replied as below:

"Dear Sir/Madam,
This is with reference to your Grievance registered vide Registration Number ROBND/E/2010/03667.
It is informed that after processing your grievance,the following action(s) has been taken:
Your application is at final process of settlement, will get done very soon through NEFT PF - Rs. 28039/- EPS - Rs.13961/- will be forwarded to your banker Citi Bank, A/c no. [protected],NEFT Code CITI0100000, Mumbai branch Complainant is requested to kindly check with banker"

When I tried to contact my Citi bank they were saying that they have got only PF amount which is already credited to my account.

Again I have raised another grievance case ROBND/E/2010/05798 to RO officefor the same and I have got the same reply.

I am really frustrated now because it's been more than 6 months of the status and I don't where is my money.

So, I kindly request you to help me out in this situation.

Dear Sir,

My application vide form 19 MHBAN[protected] & form 10C submitted for settlement to EPFO Bandra office on 22nd July 2011 and till date i have not received any latest update, their website is showing "your claim is under process" since last 2 and half months, further i m trying to call them on their landline phone since last couple of days but no one is picking up the phone and not responding to my mail as well even after 02-03 reminders.

My PF no. is MH/39643/355

We can not expect such type of service from EPF department, since 60 days is more then enough to settle the claim.
