Dear Concern,

This is to inform you that I had claimed for the PF withdrawal in the month of May-2011. When I check for the status through the URL: http://www.epfindia.com/ It shows that my forms have been submitted (By Company) on 4th Aug-2011.When I did not receive the amount in 4 months time I registered grievance through http://www.epfigms.gov.in/ on 30th Nov-2011 for which the Registration number is RCHEN/E/2011/08968.PFA the documents for the same.

But still the amount is not yet credited to my account. Please look into this as I am getting into deep deep trouble as I have loans to payback and I don’t have access money. I hope you will understand my situation and do the necessary arrangements so that I get the amount credited to my account asap.

Dear Sir
With due respect i want to put it in your due consideration that i got an intimation letter dated[protected] from EPFO chennai, No 37 Royapetah, Tami Ndhu with regards to the final settlement of my EPF contribution vide claim id TNMA[protected] and Claim Id TNMA[protected] but the payment has not been credited to my account it is requested to you please provide me the information why my cheque have not been credited to my account yet I have also aready spoken to my bank with regards to it but they informed me they have not received any cheque from the EPFO Chennai

Dear Sir/Madam,

I worked in IQ BACKOFFICE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED formerly known as QUIBUS RESOURCES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED from 16th august 2006 to 25th october 2011. When I was working for QUIBUS RESOURCES, the company changes its name and address from QUIBUS RESOURCES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, No. 3, 3rd floor, khader nawaz khan road, chennai - 600006 to IQ BACKOFFICE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, DP - 110, F-19, second phase, industrial estate, ambattur, chennai - 600058 on 29th April 2011. After that I worked under IQ BACKOFFICE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED from 29th April 2011 to 25th October 2011 and I have applied for my provident fund in the company Human Resources department after relieving from the company but till now I dint get any response instead our HR department had asked to contact directly with PF commissioner office. So, I have contacted the P.R.O. regarding this 20 days before and they informed still the address has not been changed to Ambattur PF office. I kindly request you to take immediate action regarding this issue and take actions so that my problem will be rectified as early as possible.

My PF no when I was working for QUIBUS RESOURCES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is TN/51305/90 and for IQ BACKOFFICE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is TN/68602/157
