I am Mukesh Rawat. I have submitted my pf withdrawl form in the month of Nov 26th & 2010. (The EPF website was updated on 30th Nov-2010, but it showed my claim status in under Process afther 4th & half month) i have call to any time on ur branch but no response on ur end.sir plz check it and resolve i will kindly very thank full to u. my account details are:

I am also facing the same problems. One and a half year passed and no response from the office received. This seems to be the matter of corruption also.

On 27nd December 2010 I, Bhagwat Singh Rawat had deposited Form 10C and Form No.19 for withdrawal of EPF amount against account no. HR/GGN/28222/186 and the wibsite of the EPFO Gurgaon also acknowledge receipt of the same but it always reflect that claim is under process. Since then neither I received the EPF amount nor any communication to this effect. The inordinate delay in remittance of my legitimate dues have caused lot of inconvenience to me. I therefore request the officer incharge of Grievance Cell of EPFO (Gurgaon) to accord your attention to this complaint and avoid further delay in release of money on account of EPF.

The favour of an early action in the matter shall be greatly appreciated.

I am also similar victim with EPFO Gurgaon. Following are the PF withdrawal request No, which I have submitted on August 2011. There is no update so far. I have created a complaint in EPFO HRGGN/E/2012/00283. Meena Beerbal (Contact no [protected]) on 1st Jan 2012. Again there is no response.

A/c. GN/GGN/0027200/000/0000084 - I have still not received my pension although more than 2 years have elapsed. I regret to note that official concerned in EPF office takes minimum 3 to 6 months to open a file which is quite disheartening! In spite of my umpteen visits, emails and reminders, I am not able to get even a response from the concerned EPF office in Gurgaont on the subject. It has become a himalayan task to follow up and get my pension !

I have submitted all documents required for withdrawl of PF amount to PF office Gurgaon, by first week of August through employer (Hema Engineeing Industries Limited, Pune) but I did not get any message or confirmation from employer as wll as PF office whether the documents are accepted or not.

i have submitted all the required docs which it should contain but PF offers said that. there is one more form which needs to be submitted & when I call my company account department, they say that all the docs have been submitted, No dues.
