This is my son's manoj singh mehta ID.

i am employee of NEHRU YUVA KRNDRA SANGATHAN at Delhi 92.my EPF A/C no. is DL/CPM/0008881/0000838.Since the begning there is mistake in my name. Inplace of SHRI RAMAN JHA my name is written PAWAN JHA in epf record .My employer and myself written so many times to do necessary correction in my name but no responce/action taken by epfo delhi north.

I was worked with Premier shield India pvt ltd. Chennai branch, from 1.03.2009 to 30.11.2011.I have applied 21 month EPF withdrawal form (10c, form19). I received form 19 the amount RS 31000/.But form 10c rejected, received my postal address on 02.08.2011 that letter state the reason it was not eligible on less then 6 month service. But online status denoted as Claim Form 10C for Withdrawal Benefit AGAINST Member Account No (DSSHD[protected] has been approved. Payment is under process. So kindly look in to this issue and kindly help me.

I submitted my PF withdrawal form (form 10) on 14Jun2011 through my former employer and received confirmation of the same from EPFO on 15Jun2011 through SMS. I have not yet received the amount. When would I be receiving the same?...

DELAY IN SETTLEMENT OF EPF & EPS ACCOUNT
I have applied for settlement of my EPF & EPS ACOUNT since 23rd April 2011 even if i have added two reminders also to settle my EPF & EPS Account No - OR/15096/17 VIDE COMPLAIN & REMINDER NO - ROORI/E/2011/00320.

But EPFO, RO, Bhubaneswar hopefully needs a time period of near about 1 - 2 years instead of 1-2 Months.

All Govt organisation are same they say something and do another. No organised peoples. Nothing. But they want common people to do everything in time. if common people delayed in making payment they have to pay interest with penalty. What about us? we are also suffered because of these delay. Who will pay penalty us?.

I Santosh had worked in Mphasis from 3/May/2004 to 21/September/2006 and submitted the PF claim request to withdraw my PF amount in Feb 2011.
However, the claim form had been returned stating that “Your PF has already been settled on 13/05/2008”. They would havave ata least provided the details like, who had claimed it and how was it processed Cheque number, DD number etc. I think this was a highly irresponsible act by the PF department to play with someone's hard earned money.

I would like to clarify that I had never claimed the PF before neither through transfer nor withdrawal. I have got the confirmation from my employer also that the claim request has not processed by them before 2011 for the PF Account KN/16573/5027

I need the justice to get my hard earned money back

My Previous Employer had Submitted my Provident Fund Withdrawal Formalities in September, 2010 but as per the online Claim status it has reached at Employee Provident Fund Office at Maharashtra Bandra, on 26th March, 2011 which is showing still under Process.

And every time when I call there is no Answer for their side. When I go to that Bandra Office they say come after 2 months since March they are replying that come after two months. It has happened.

And what is the use when it is not delivered at the promised period ???

Something serious should be done by Bandra PF Office. Claims from the month of November 2010 are pending them. Reason being initially, they were in the process of getting modernisation (Migration to Computer). After that was completed in May, now they are delaying as there accounts are yet to be audited & finalised.

The poor fellows like us are sandwitched under such slow / irresponsible PF office.

My PF application that I submitted in the month of march 2011 to my ex employer Cognizant technologies was after a big delay was submitted at EPF office chennai on 03.06.2011. Please see the proof attached where there is a seal from the PF office. When I submitted a grievance([protected]@epfindia) (Grievance registered vide Registration Number RCHEN/E/2011/04245.
) asking when I will get my PF amount. I got reply from PF saying they have not received my application.

Should I blame Cognizant for the delay? Should I blame PF grievence cell for giving a false reply ?
