I tried calling on the phone numbers given 28050758 and 28050416 almost 20 times but nobody is picking up the phone. Is there any specific time slot when they can give us answer?

Hello Sir/Madam,

My name is Amar Singh Mudavath. I worked for Mphasis an HP Company, Pune for 2 years.
I have submitted the PF Withdrawal form in April 2011 and submitted to my previous Employer. They have submitted to EPFO, Bhavishyanidhi Bhawan, No.13, Raja Ram Mohan. Roy Road, Bangalore – 560 025.
I have received the SMS alert on 30.05.2011 saying that claim ID: PYBOM[protected], member account no: PYBOM[protected] HAS BEEN REJECTED.
I enquired from my previous employer on the rejection of EPF; they said they do not receive any rejection letter from PF office and of course even I do not received any rejection letter to my permanent address which I have mentioned in EPF withdrawal form.

My question is what the reason to rejection of the EPF withdrawal or is it in progress.

PLEASE LOOK INTO THE ISSUE AS WE WERE NOT ABLE TO FIND /CONTACT ANY OF THE HIGHER AUTHORITYS IN THE EPFO OFFICE.

Please do the needful.

I had deposited Form 10C and Form No.19 for withdrawal of EPF amount in the m/o April’11 against account no. HR/GGN/28979/125 and the website of the EPFO also acknowledged receipt of the same (on 02.05.11) but it always reflect that claim is under process. Since then neither I received the EPF amount nor any communication to this effect. I had read from EPFO website in its FAQ Section "That the claims received complete in all respects are disposed off within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt of claims in the office" but now it’s more than 4 months passed and my claim is still in process. The inordinate delay in remittance of my legitimate dues has caused lot of inconvenience to me. I therefore request the officer in charge of Grievance Cell of EPFO (Gurgaon) to accord your attention to this complaint and avoid further delay in release of money on account of EPF.

The favor of an early action in the matter shall be greatly appreciated.

I handed over my dutys as per the company rules and regulations and releived from my duties on !5 May 2009.Till date either i received my gratuity or provident fund amound. I made several complaint but no results.

This is so disgusting & ridiculous. At one end Govt of India is trying to make the EPF system congestion free by implimenting technologies,whereas in Mumbai EPFO guys dont even bother to pick up the phone. I suspect they just hang-up the phone lines during the office hour.

I am following up my PF transfer which has to happen from Baroda PFO to Bandra PFO.The Baroda PFO gave me all details over the phone but here in Bandra I've never got through their phone lines & don't even know what's happening to my PF amount.

Can anybody tell me how to approach Bandra PFO to get a status of my transferred PF amount from Baroda to Bandra??????

I the person Poornima Alishetty, who has launched the above complaint have not received the PF amount. I was working for Andromeda marketing PVT. LTD company at Chadivali (Andheri- East) Since 10th Dec, 2006 & left the Organization on 8th August, 2010.
I have applied for PF on 15th November, 2010 at Kalina Branch of Andromeda Company.
I several time called on their Landline numbers[protected] & [protected] they pick up call listen to query & then tell me to hold just then call is BLANK they have never replied.
Even I have Emailed to the concerned people. PLEASE CHECK THE BELOW MAIL, BUT HAVE NOT GOT ANY REVERT ON THE SAME TILL DATE.

2) I have tansferred my PF from A/c no. HR/8590/0505 (Faridabad) to PF A/c no. HR/7104/762 (Rohtak) though form no.[protected] Cheque no. 147526(Amount 16274 Rs on Dated 22/08/2006)

But above given money is not added to my PF A/c no. HR/7104/762 (Rohtak) Pl. updates and add money with interest.

I have sumited my pf form in march of 2011. But till now i have not got my claimed pf. It had already 5 months.

EPF not received even after 6 months

I have submitted my PF withdrawal forms to my previous company Piramal Diagnostic Services Pvt Ltd. and they have sent it to the EPF, Bandra office. Those documents are received by the office .
It is almost six months over, but still the amount is not deposited into my account.
