SUB:- PF TRANSFER STATUS.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Please give me the proper transfer status of my PF account. Request you to have amount transferred to my new employer's Provident Fund Commissioner, for which documents have already been submitted 10 months back.

I had couriered following documents via my previous company to have PF amount transferred to my new company (Infosys Ltd.). I have tried to call by phone as well to do follow up with officers, but either call is not attended or it gets busy.
In addition I have already registered a grievance SROKN/E/2011/03395 in Aug-2011 but there is no answer to it also.

Following documents were dispatched from my Previous Company & received by your office on 21 Mar, 2011.

To The Reginal Provident Fund Commissioner Office, Sector no-3, Plot No.-222, Charkop Market, Charkop Poaiser Road, Charkop, Kandivali (W), Mumbai - 400067, SUB;- Regarding Final Settlement of my PF A/C No.KDMAL/PF/38491/4494. Respected Sir, With due regards it is to submit that I had already left my job and submitted my claims form 10C claim ID: KDMAL[protected] for withdrawal benefits/scheme certificate members A/c No.KDMAL[protected] in MAY, 2011. Sir my claim ID is KDMAL[protected] status claim form No.19 for PF settlement A/c No.KDMAL/PF/3891/4494. Sir this had been received on[protected] and shows "UNDER PROCESS" till date. Accordingly, I have not received my final settlement claim till date. Sir I am facing the financial hardship these days. It is therefore requested that my both the claims may please be settled as early as possible. I will be ever thankful to you for your kind help in this connection.
