Dear Sir, With due regards to you, this is to inform you about the non-settlement of my PF withdrawal claim DL/16545/1115 submitted at the PF office in February 2007. Since last 2years, I have been receiving different communications whenever I have queried the status of my claim. But, so far I have not received my settlement amount. I have submitted ASR form twice, since i was provided with 2 cheque nos stating some amount, that neither me nor the Bank (SBI Berkhera Bhopal) ever received. I have never received a statement which every other PF Office sends across, if at all they had attempted to send. My ASR forms were duly sealed and submitted by the previous employer at the PF Office twice, yet I am being told that the forms are not received by the Office.I have the receiving stamp from the corresponding PF Offices, attached with this letter. Even the website epfindia.nic.in misleads me regarding the status of this claim. Since last 2 years, I am running from pillar to post to get my settlement, including one personal visit to the PFO Wazirpur, just for the settlement of this account from my current location at Pune. I met one Mr. Yadav at the PFO during my visit to PFO Wazirpur in Dec 2007, but all of it has yielded no result I had raised my concern at the portal for public grievances vide - CEPFO/E/2008/00331 sometime earlier last year that is redirected to your Office. Kindly direct the concerned officials for any immediate action. Any further delay, I would be left with no choice than to move to a higher authority to seek justice in this case. Dear Sir,

I resigned from Fresenius Kabi Oncology Ltd. on 31.12.2009. Previously I was with Dabur Pharmaceuticals Ltd. which was renamed as Dabur Pharma Limited and later the company was sold out to Fresenius Kabi Oncology Ltd.

I have submitted all required papers to HR department of Fresenius Kabi Oncology Ltd., but I have not yet received my PF or EPF till date. I served all the three companies from 1990. I suppose there is a considerable amount accumulated in my PF account. I am not getting any idea about the amount lying in my PF account either from office or from PF status facility available in website. As I am 60+ now and I have no other source of income, I need your help to settle my PFand EPF at the earliest possible.

I have not dealt with PF office directly. All communications/transactions have been made through the HR department of Fresenious Kabi Oncology Ltd. I am quite puzzled how to get my money without any complication.

Subject : Application For Seeking Status of missing fund for PF Account - HR/GGN – 28360/49

I, Rajendra Singh Rawat, is currently employed with an establishment named UnitedLex BPO PVT LTD, DLF Building No. 6, Tower-A, W-Block, SEZ, DLF Phase – lll, Gurgaon, and having PF account no. HR/GGN – 28360/49 with your PF Office.

In 2008 I made a request for PF transfer from my old account to my new PF account, and on 23rd December 2008, my Provident Fund of INR 56, 454 vide Cheque no. 585888 was transferred from my old Account no. DL/28071/15 to my current PF Account no. HR/GGN – 28360/49.

However, on inquiry made with Gurgaon PF office on August 13th & August 27th, 2012, I was told that my current PF account (HR/GGN – 28360/49) has received no funds from my old account.

In lieu of abovementioned, I made several attempt to seek information from both North Delhi PF Office as well as Gurgaon PF office about missing funds, but there have been no answer found so far.

on the abovementioned matter, I kindly request you to please investigate, and update me on the missing fund of INR 56, 454 for my PF account no. HR/GGN – 28360/49.
