[Resolved]  Epson Stylus Tx 101 Scanner Printer Copier — Missing parts

Two missing parts

A) POWER CODE

B) USB CABLE

Printer installed on 9th july 2009. The missing part was recorded by the engineer from EPSON (even in his report form) which was followed by me on phone to the call centre "T W I C E or THRICE" but till today no action taken. The printer was installed with the help of our existing old power plug and USB cable.
