I am Mrs Niki Shah from vasai. In month of April , I had purchased a handbag from Esbeda showroom located in Infinity mall, Malad. After few days, I had used it for first time in my cousins wedding. It was really embarrassing when the handle of the handbag simply departed from the bag. I never expected this from the branded piece as it had also cost me Rs.3000. I enquired at d showroom and they asked me to get it along as they would repair it and give me. But I was highly dissatisfied with the quality of purse as I fell that I have been charged more and did not get the thing up to the mark.
