[Resolved]  Esbeda — Leather of expensive purse became sticky after couple o[censored]ses

My sister gifted me an expensive Esbada golden purse ( see pic) from Esbada showroom in Goregaon, Mumbai. I must have hardly used for 3 occasions, and it started becoming sticky. The leather on the outside was so sticky that I couldn't use it any longer. I was very embarrassed. My sister was also embarrassed.
