[Resolved] Ethiopian Airlines — I really do not want any other passenger suffer like me. | |||
I and my wife were travelling from KINSHASA to MUMBAI via ADISA BABA on 14-oct-2013. And your flight from KINSHASA was late and reached ADISA BABA late. When we reached ADISABABA Ethiopian airlines staff did not inform us anything. I struggled to know what happened to flight of ADISA BABA to MUMBAI and I came to know flight left before arrival of flight of KINSHASA. And then I went to your staff for more information and they were really rude. I informed them that I have bought ticket of connecting flight from MUMBAI to AHEMDABAD at 09:30 AM on 15-oct-2013 and protocol from AHEMDABAD to my home town (approx affair of Rs 18000/- approx $300/-). They said they don’t care. They said they can change my ticket from ADISA BABA to DELHI to MUMBAI. No any other option we can give you. I requested them that instead of changing my ticket from ADISA BABA to DELHI to MUMBAI please make it like this: from ADISA BABA to DELHI to AHEMDABAD. Because I will be missing my connecting flight because of your airlines delay. And also I offered them if there is any official ticket change charge I can pay it along with invoice. They denied with very rude language and unprofessional attitude. Now I am very upset. I suffered like hell because I travelled by Ethiopian airlines. I would like to express that I claim all money I lost and compensation for serious mental torture. Because of Ethiopian airlines not only I lost my 300$ but also important business meeting and a family dinner in my home town which I have arranged and invited. It was very embarrassing movement for me. Even after getting solution from you, I will never ever travel by Ethiopian airlines if I have an option. I will not bother paying extra for avoiding your organization. If I will not have any satisfactory solution soon I will seek legal advice as this is very big stress on my head now and I can’t live my life due of this anger, I travel since 2003 regularly and this is first time I faced such big harassment.
