Eurekha Forbes — Service Not proper

Hi,

I have I Nova water purifier and is in AMC for 3years. I have raising requests one after another but no one is attending and neither calling. And when i call customer care i always get answer that they attended which is false. And always get answer saying they will take priority and will attend in 1working day which never happens. I am not satisfied with service of Eurekha Forbes. I would recommend not to opt for AMC.
