[Resolved]  Eurekha Forbes — complaint not resolved from 7 days

I have given complaint on 9 jun saying that aqua guard RO is taking 3 to 4 hrs time to fill the tank. they sent service man after two days and after his service now within 20 min water tank is filling up and the water is not tasty. i informed them on same day and they told within 24 hours they will send senior technician. i waited for 2 days but nobody came and no call from eureka Forbes also.later i called customer care 30 times and each time they are saying that within half an hour technician will be there and they are saying that your complaint is escalated and it is of top priority like that. but nobody came till now. i asked their manage number and i tried to that number also 15 times but no one is answering call.after drinking this not purified water my mother also got fever and muscle aches.we paid money for 1 year service.
if the paid service is like this then i can understand what will be the free service meaning.

First of all they wont send good technicians at first time itself. due to inefficiency of first technician again we will get another problem which will continue for long long time. meantime with that money we can buy other purifiers also.

customer care people don't give the correct information of service. each time they say that surely technician will come. but no one will come.if we ask them they will say we are not concerned with technician department.

There is no SLA checking for the complaints. Eureka Forbes is not at all concerned about customer. if my complaint is of higher priority and it is pending for 7 days means either they are not working.

My sincere advice to others is please do not buy any product of Eureka Forbes.
