Myself sunil and i am from bangalore. I had purchased dr. Aqua guard magna hd ro + uv from aqua-guard sales representative on june 2015. Since from june 12, 2015. Till date i had faced problem regarding blockage of filters 4 times. 3 months ago service guy insisted to install pre filters to increase service life of filters.
Now, again the unit is blocked. This is the 5th time i am facing this issue. Today i have raised a service request and service guy came and attended the issue and insisted to replace filters. But the filters are replaced 6 -7 months back with free of cost.
Now warranty period is about to get over. Within warranty period i faced this issue 5 times.
My question is why the service life of the filters is so less? Why it is not improved?
If i go on replacing filters every 3 months what is the use of buying this product. Its not worth paying rs. 17000 for this product.
Suggest me what should i do now with this product?
Should i go on replacing the filters every 3 months by paying from my pocket or should i return this product back or should i scrap this product and buy other product available in the market?
