I have made Mobile Recharge Of Amount Rs. 99/- Through ICICI Bank Netbanking on[protected] Through Transaction Id - BIL/[protected]/0117/[protected]/91997 My Account was recharged for Rs. 10/- only. The message I received from 555555 was - Dear Customer Your Recharge Request Was Processed Successfully. Top Up Request For Rs99 and Talktime of Rs10T> When called Customer care and Personally visited the Airtel Gallery, they refused to refund Rs. 89/- which was taken surplus for the recharge.
