i did my registration on june 7 2012 in Exalt consultancy the scheduled period is till september 7 2012 and i paid 4500/- and i got money of only 1800/-
1. My executive name is Aamina begum
2. On the day of registration they told if the opportunity or job was not provided the complete amount will be refunded
3. I Spoke with the manager and Aamina begum both on that both had gave me the same details and i believed them and did my registration taking granted what they promised
as for all we are customers we believed u
4. They promised me every week interview was scheduled for sure
5. I was never provided an opportunity with in the span of 1 and half month
6. I canceled my registration in the month September where until that point no opportunity was given
7. I called refund department on that day they said that even though registration was cancelled they said that i have to wait until my term of 3 months should be completed i waited patiently till that time every time i try to reach you guys it has become very tough time before registration u give us so many calls but after that i am unable to reach you at all
8. After that span completed they asked to fallow the procedure i even then waited patiently since October on words i did all the procedures they asked me and completed it
9. I never atteneded single interview i never got a call before my registration was cancelled they had given me a amount of 1800/-
10. Why the executives are giveing false promises if they are unable to say truth and why they are hiding the procedure with us
11. 60% of my amount was deducted from my amount of 4500/- where i never attended the interview where i never got a call from ur executives
12. I got a mail from u for an interview but before that only i cancelled the registration and i replied them that i already cancelled the registration and i dont want to attend i replied them back to the same email
13. I waited patiently long for 6 months with out any justice they have deducted that much amount why they are doing this i am not able to understand
