[Resolved]  Exalt Consulting Placement Services [ECPS] — Refund denied

I have not seen such worse consultancy who just play with people money, especially from the unemployed candidates.Â
No proper t&c was signed or informed at the time of registration.Â

No clause was readÂ
nothing was educated about the refund process.Â
Randomly one employee calls telling ur profile is shortlisted and u can get premium service, pay so and so amount & its 90 days serviceÂ
interview will be scheduled coming fri & flaunts with all big mnc company names & got registered.Â
And informed me that if you dont get any offer ur money will be refunded. This is the only sentence which was told.Â
And there is no one who can even listen and evaluate the call recording alsoÂ

but after the registration was done, no call no show no email, no msg nothing from the companyÂ
i had to call then they say the person who spk to me was on leaveÂ
& then i call after a week again they say she quit & then i get furious & they say u have not completed ur registration / verification email post which i will get the interview callÂ

to hear this i had to wait 3 weeks &Â

post that all interview which is not related to my profile which is other part of bengaluru not even related to my cv was send &Â
post 90 days i say refundÂ
they have 101 formalitiesÂ

suddenly from the sky they fall tellin clause 16th refund is deniedÂ

no proper communication nothing was informedÂ

ecps is one of fraud consultancy who plays with unemployed candidates knowing their weakness.Â
