Exide Battery — non working of Tubular battery | |||
Sir, I purchased one tubular battery from your authorised dealer M/s Krishna Tyres, Near dayal palace, Rajpura (pb.) via bill no. 382 on dated[protected] with warranty card and warranty of 30 months. I am sorry to say but your battery quality is very poor and am getting problem with this battery from last 2 months. Sir, I am very harassed by your dealer because this battery is not working properly and on approaching the dealer he is just replying that he is not having this company now. Sir, please look into the matter and tell me wat to do. My battery No. is 3Q9-027255.. Was this information helpful? | |||

i have purchased your tubular battery in Aug 2010 with guaranty of 36 month but i have got problem in your battery from starting of Aug 12, I have purchased it from raebareli but might now i live in Basti UP. my battery no is -3FOW3456693FO. what should i do ?
