[Resolved]  Exide Battery — Complaint of Battery under warranty period against Exide Battery.

Dear Sir, I had Purchased two wheeler vehicle (make-Honda sine JH02X8944 ) dated 13.01.2013 from Kalra Honda Hazaribagh, Jharkhand. My battery which is under warranty period got spoilt.After verbal complaint he demanded the battery for rectification on date 16.07.2013 keeping battery with him no rectification or replacement done from his end.As per my knowledge and as per warranty provided by distributor is considered from the date of purchase.Now the distributor is refusing for the rectification or replacement of the battery of my vehicle.
