We have Purchased the Exide battery 30 nos 26 AH Through Your dealer of m/s. Shine Power Solution, Now the 16 Batteriys not working, immediately we have inform to the delaer of Shine Power as per they advised to launch the coplaint to exide to directly, they will replace battery within 24 hours, but till now they not relaced the batterys, and aslo i have personnaly speak to your exide person Mr. Ramesh Phone [protected]
