our authorized dealer KUMAR AUTO electrical works , ADDRESS:RAMWADI,NEAR 2ND PETROL PUMP DAHANU RD (E) DISRICT THANE. Refuses to give the service required. I Vinod G.Gawad purchased a bike from akashay automobile P.LTD (Suzuki access 125) on 27th august 2010 from Mumbai. I myself residing at dahanu RD . Experienced battery fault and on my request to replace the battery, he refuses to do so and ask us to meet the bike dealers Please reply us.
