[Resolved]  Exide Invared Tubular Battery — Battery is not charging

I have purchased exide invared tubular battery for my microtek inverter on 6/12/2008. It,s batch no. is 1K8 and serial no. is 002206. now the battery is not getting charged evenafter 24 hours charging. As usual from whom I purchased this battery is not responding properly to my complaint. As warrenty period is 30 months, my battery is within warrenty period. What can I do now?
