[Resolved] Exide Inverter Battery 1500 In Plus — Not working from the Installation | |||
Dear sir, I have purchased Inverter battery No. 369W3421603C9, (PATPO13495) In 1500 Plus on book no.14, Sr. No-672 dt-27/06/2009 from Ram Lal Cycle & Electronics, 1092 / 1, Near Bus Terminal, Mehrauli, N.D.-30. . That battery was not working from day one of installation & the same was communicated to the shop keeper. After intimation shop keeper taken back for repair the same from company with assurance that the battery was ok and never create problem in future. After 15 days to one month the same problem I faced and again I send the battery to shop keeper on Jan 10. I got the battery on march 10 & within 10 days the same problem i faced. Again i send the battery on march 2010 & make follow up till now to got the replacement of battery with shop keeper & exide official Mr. Kalla & Mr. Varma but i have not getting the replacement of battery till now. Exide Invertor Battery Plus — Replacement of Battery
Dera Sir,I had bought 2 Batteries of Exide from Exide Authorised Distibutor at Etawah (Five Star Engineer Works, Agra Road, Pakka Talab Etawah) on dt. 03.07.2008. After 5 months I faced a problem that the lights was very dim and there were some leakage from the batteries. When I called to dealer he send a person and he checked the batteries and said that your batteries are ok. Again I faced the same problem and again I complaint to the dealer. The person came and checked and said that your battery is ok invertor have some problem.
After this I called to invetor mechanic and checked the invertor but invertor was ok. All these things are going on 18 months. On the 18 Month and 5 days the person came and took the batteries with us and came after 2-3 days and said that your 1 battery is dead, I told him that replace it then he said that the free replacement is within 18 months after purchasing date.
He gave me the assurance that he will talk with the company and will replace the battery but still he has not replace it.
