[Resolved] Express IT — Non delivery of parcel ordered thro Rediff.com | |
dear sir I ve ordered some items through Rediff.com shopping site on 15/06/2008. Luckily I ve not paid thro Credit Card / DD instead i ve opted for Cash On Delivery (COD). The Tack my order status daily shows -> In Transit with Express IT couriers. But till date I ve not received the item or received any enquiry Calls by the couriers, who are supposed to collect Cash from me on delivery of the parcel. On enquiring here at my place at Trivandrum, Kerala no other fellow couriers know this Express IT whether it existing or NOT. On complaining to Rediff.com -> i got usual automated reply... we ll be back to u with in 24 hours / 48 hours. etc..etc. I m also lost interest to get the parcel now, since I didnt loose any money... My sincere advise to all viewers, Please dont pay in advance while doing e-shopping...through Credit Card / DD INSTEAD opt for Cash on Delivery method...so that u can wait for years to years for the consignment with free mind. thank you baburaj v trivandrum, kerala Was this information helpful? | |

Dear friends,
For the last two 6months am behind this people to get my ICICI Bank Internet password which was sent from ICICI Bank. They updated the tracking system saying I am not available. They say that only once they come to our place and if we want our parcel we have to go their place to collect our parcel.
I dont know whom to blame for this whether ICICI Bank for appointing such vendors for service or courier service company Express It delivery.
Their landline numbers are either engaged or no one pick up our call.

Hi,I ve ordered few items through rediff.com shopping site,
on 15/06/2008, order no. 4660311.
Luckily I have not paid thro' Credit Card option available, or
Demand Drafts... instead I ve opted for COD (Cash on Delivery).
Daily i m searching the internet -Rediff.com site to track my order... its showing "In TRANSIT" date wise... the consignment sent thro' Express IT couriers...
Here in my place (Trivandrum, Kerala), I enquired with fellow courier companies, nobody knows whether Express IT courier company is existing or NOt !!! and till date I have not received
my ordered items...
I sent my complaint thro rediff.mail option -> as usual I got an automated reply... we ll be come back to u within 2 days...
nothing happend so far...
My sincere advise to all e-commerce buyers... dont pay in advance while shopping... instead opt for Cash on Delivery...
U ll not loose anything...
