Expressit — Courier not received

Hi,

This is Lakshmi Narayana. I have to get a courier from AXIS Bank Mumbai. They despacthed on 8/05/2008. I request them to send it to my office address. I found two landline nos of hyderabad office from their website. I made calls 100 times. No body lifted the phone.Sometimes phones are switched off.I never experianced this type of service from any courier. This is the worst and irresponsible courier. Hyderabad office is very bad.nodody feels responsibility. I dont know why they have given their phone nos in their website.

My courier packet bearing Airway No. [protected] was returned by Expressit Courier people with with baseless reason of “Incomplete address”. The address C-35/36, Sector 58 is very much correct address and can be easily reached. Now something about your bad/irresponsible/uncultured officer posted at Noida Office who received by call at 4280572 on 09th October 2008 at 04:40 PM. He is definitely posted by you at wrong position. Just what I have to say

Hello Sir,
The service provided by Expressit is really very bad, I got the message on my no. informing that i have got one courier but when i tried to contact them, there was no response at all.i think the office are abandoned during working hours.
the delivery boy came to my office and went back without informing..
My consignment is very important for me.

Expressit — Irresponsible and late delivary of courior

ICICI BANK, from its Chennai office had couriered a cheque to me on 29/11/2008.Todoy-09/12/2008-afternoon, I picked up the cover from the lawn of my house.This was couriered through EXPRESSIT and after a lapse of 10 days, they even not bothered to hand over it to the addresse and get acknowledgement.
such an irresponsible courior---there website says it is an ISO Certified company
