[Resolved] Expressit Courier — poor customer care.. | |
Hi, I tried all the numbers provided by ExpressIT on their website and even mailed them(http://www.expressit.in/expressit/customer.htm) for some enquiry regarding my courier but in vain . Also the details of the tracking they fill in are false. You try to call them, the phone keeps on ringing but there is no response. Its very frustrating. Nishant Was this information helpful? | |

Actually i got a post from Royalsundaram werein i have the policy documents.those guys have already sent the post on Oct 10 and it was abt to reach my place...but till now its not arrived at my place. wen i spk to royalsundaram they say dat it has been delivered, and they gave me tracking id wen i traced it out, it shows it has already been delivered. wen i called the customer care of Express it...no one is bothered to lift the phone, i called on all the numbers dat they gave me.
i wanna really say dat customer service of expressit reallyy sucks.
