Expressit Courier — not making delivery on time

dear sir

my name is zakir hussain and i am from delhi.

in my 18 years career i had not seen such a ridiculous and worst
courier like u which was operating in delhi.

there was a packet fm kodak mahindra bank vide doc no [protected] dated
6-10-08. still this time ie 9.20am i have not received my packet.
though my resi is situated near to ur karampura branch office, i am
not able to get.

i will be in office and all my family people willbe in the residence
thro out the day. but ur courier people had mentioned DOOR LOCKED on
7-10-08 without visiting my residence. same story on 8-10-08 also. pl
refer to my tracking details with the help of my doc no.

8/10/08 i contacted ur customer care[protected], 517 and they gave
me ur karampura brance no[protected], 821.

immeditately i contacted the branch around 530pm and they told all
staffs have gone earlier due to pooja holiday. i requested them so
many times but they disconnected the line. after that i tried the same
no for more than 100 times then atlast one gentle man lifted the
phone. he told that staffs are all gone and he is from hub office and
he promised me to deliver on 9-10-08. even i asked him whether the
office will funtion on 10-10-08, he promised that delivery will be
there but office will not funtion.

see i think ur courier people is brilliant in this world all other are fools.

yesterday due to dassara it is holiday.

today morning i contacted the same branch office and told that i am
leaving to hyderabad and my flight time is 1250pm and i again req to
deliver the same within 1030am. the man who took the phone told that
the staff is not accepting to deliver the same within 1030am and he
disconnected the phone.

till now i tried so many times but no body was lifting/.

SUCH A LAZY AND IRRESPONSIBLE COURIER I HAVE NEVER SEEN IN MY LIFE.
EVEN SMALL SMALL COURIER PEOPLE ARE DOING THE BEST IN THE SERVICE BUT
U PEOPLE ARE HAVING SUCH A BIG BANNER LIKE INTERNATIONAL
COURIER????????????????????????? HELL HOW U RUNNING SUCH A IDIOTIC
COURIER WHICH DOES NOT HAVE ANY RESPONSIBILITY TO TALK TO CUSTOMER and
now in this competition world how u people
manage????????????????????????????????????????????????


try to understand the customer feeling...

delivery today or tomorrow is not a issue. but proper answer should be
