[Resolved] Expressit Couriers — Courier Not Delivered | |
I recieved an urgent courier from Kotak Bank and the Courier company incharge (Keshav - [protected]) returned it bank to the bank saying I was not available at home. However I had spoken to the gentleman 3 times through the day and asked him to call before delivery or give us a proper time during the day for the delivery This kind of sub standard courier companies should never be used especially by reputed banks like Kotak. ExpressIT couriers — Documents not received even after 15 days!
This is the most horrible courier comapny I have ever heard off. Thier customer care mechanism is almost zero. They have 5 telephone numbers of hyderbad branch, either the said phones are not working or switched off and one of the numbers, it rings and rings and no one would ever lifts the phone. Even agter bringing the matter to thier higher ups in Head office mumbai, they are sluggish and never bother to call back with a solution.And they are not the only people to blame, its ICICI Bank which are hand in glove with this dubious courier company, i made a represenation to thiier customer care 3 times and requested them to look in to the matter, which was non receipt of a document suppose to have been sent vide document no. [protected] on 6th of August'08.
Till today i.e. 20th August the said document is not delivereed to me.
I dont know how these courier company gets business from such a reputed bank like ICICI, I am sure some one some where in the bank is getting a kick back for favouring to send the documents through this expressIT couriers.
Even this large banks are infected with corrouption.
God only save our country.

I WAS SENT 2 DDs BY ICICI BANK ON 07TH INSTANT BUT TILL DATE THERE IS NO TRACE OF THE LETTER/S AS THE COURIER HAS FALSELY GIVEN REMARKS AS:DOOR LOCKED AS USUAL WITHOUT ANY TROUBLE OF DELIVERING TO ME AND DO NOT KNOW WHY ICICI BANK IS STILL RELYING ON SUCH A HORRIBLE COURIER CAUSING NIGHTMARES AND WHAT THE INTEREST OF THEM?HOPING THAT SOME DAY THE BANK WILL CONSIDER THE HIGH IMPACT OF THIS COURIER COMPANY...WHEN BUSINESS WILL BE AFFECTED.
