[Resolved]  Ezeecloud Infoserves Pvt Ltd — not credited the amount

Dear sir I have booked 2 night stay through hotel website online reservation portal (http://www.hotel-dollar.com/profile.html). I had paid Rs.3201/- through my ICICI net-banking and booked for 2 days. Amount has been debited from my account on 16/10/2013. Before reservation also i had a talk with hotel managed and after reservation i had talk with manager. Now manager and owner of hotel, said that they don't have a online reservation portal for online reservation. I had informed that, its available on your website. Hotel owner said that, he is running this hotel since last 8 years but he is not having any idea about online payment gateway on his hotel website. now he is denied to book a room, till the amount is not received in his account. Then, I had verified their payment gateway . It is eZeecloud Infoserves Pvt. Ltd.I had sent so many mail to credit hotel bhuj account but they are not going reply and not picking up the phone also. Since last one week, i had contacted so many time to hotel owner (Dhanjibhai- [protected]) and eZeeCloud Infoserves Pvt Ltd ( ph - Phone: +[protected] | E-mail: [protected]@ezeecloud.com) but both are not replying. Please find enclosed my booking confirmation report, even though the owner of the hotel (Dhanjibhai- [protected]) denied to book a room and payment gateway of eZeeCloud Infoserves Pvt Ltd not giving any reply.
