[Resolved] Ezone Online Shopping — Amount taken but product not despatched | |||
Dear sir, I have placed an order on dated 17.08.2011 for Acer e210 smartphone,also paid the amount vis cheque, they deposited my HDFC bank Cheque in their account. after 10 to 15 days my product is not delivered from thir end. so i tried to called to the mentioned customer care for knowing the status of the same, but the customer care executive misguiding me, and one of the person abused me on saturdey. i m very frusted by their behaviour, now i dont want products, i want my money back. my Order No is [protected] Order Dated 17.08.2011 Name : Nilesh Dhole Product : Acer e 210 Smartphone Black Amount Paid : 8750.00 (HDFC Bank Cheque) pls kindly help me in getting my money back.
