[Resolved]  fake mail — Rude behaviour and computers not working !

I wanted to remit the money sent to me from Western Union. I went upto four places two postoffices and two UCO bank branhes. In both the post offices ( Saket, J block and Jangpura Extension K block) the computers were not working ( they told me after I waited for my turn for 15-30 min each time)
The lady in the Jangpura post office was extremely rude and even threw away my passpost saying she requires the photostat and not the original ) I do not know in such a corrupt country people still believe more on the photocopies and not the ORIGINALS) anyhow I gave the photostat but then she told me that she does not know the password of her computer system!!! Crazy !!!
inb the other post office, neither the computer worked not they had enough money to remit!
Well now I share my Bank experiences ...in Saket J block UCO branch...their was no electricity and the generatoirs were not working wither.
In the UCO branch Sheikh Sarai Phase I DDA Market: the person kept me standing for half an hour and kept doing his office work. When I suggested that he must first deal with me (the customer) and later carry on with his regular official work, he refused to deal with me and said that my work might take a lot of time so I must wait for him to finish his work first.
Well I dunno about this customer complaints forum/website...I do not even have hope that any actions would be taken against such pathetic, rude, and irrational people but I wanted to take out my aggression somewhere and so I am writing in !
God save India ...!!! Government employees suck big time !!
But definitely after this experience I would like to remind the Government and its pathetic employees that the remittance recieved by the country contributes to the forex and economy of this country so do not completely ignore the people who are bringing in the money ! we the customers bring the business and the salaries of these sarkaari babus...

I understand what you feel. I had a problem with western union agent as I was not prepared to hand over copies of my passport to the agent. In this country you never know you would get their hands of such sensitive piece of information. It was a sify internet parlour in APHB colony, moulali, hyderabad. It was not a bank so natually I was worried. The problem with people here is even when you question someone in a polite way they feel so offended and start aruguing with you. They do not even consider that you are a customer. She was being rude as if she was doing some sort of favour to me. They need to remember it is that share of foreign exchange from customers like us that keeps their business running.
