I would like to know when board finalises to listing of the share, since before we loose the trust in Reliance people who has converted these shares and formed a new co. As per yearly reports the company has huge funds but invested in Reliances reason known best to them. anyway the share holders has correct estimation if the shares are listed.Thanks,

Yes, this company has been promoted by Reliance Industries Ltd. Before amalgamation, it was known as Reliance Enterprises Ltd and its registered office was situated at Ahmedabad, in the state of Gujarat. The company has a decent profit record, very stable reserves; but the management has not declared any dividend till date. All are expecting for a hefty dividend and a liberal bonus issue from the management.
I posses 17 shares of above compny, in demate from.i didnt received annualreports of last two years.
