My Complaint is I bought one Printed Kurti on Online Shopping and found defect and returned back , From Customer Care I was informed that I would be getting maximum of Rs 150 Courier Charges. My Courier Charge is Rs 120, but I was credited with amount Rs. 30 Only, When I called they are saying return policy is Rs 150/Kg, but there is no slab rates stated anywhere in the link. I lost my 90 Rupees in this transaction.

I plan to take some action and go to newspaper publishing an article about such online portals and make buyers aware. I URGE YOU to join me with writing to me with your specific 'bad experiences'.
I have used there services quite a few times and always been dissatisfied but its time now that I do something about it as they are not refunding my money of the product that returned nor they are replying emails, looks no one is bothered, no management, no ceo or whatsoever looking in the quality of services.
