Please note i have received a wrong delivery. Instead of brenna black clutch bag i have recieved one dress. The details are: invoice no fny/82343/10-11 order ref no 131851 net amount 1219.00 breanna black clutch bag 10 dec 01 kazo[protected]black ....i have been following up from december i returned the dress back but yet not received the money which was promised to me that i would receive.....have been calling the call centre no [protected]...and speking to various supervisor tarun/dev.......i just get promises and no reply ========================================= The reply i get from them is pasted as below We regret the concern and will arrange for the return of your order. The courier will be picked up from your shipping address within 72 hours and we will try and arrange for the replacement. Please ensure the product is packaged in its original condition and the package in a shippable condition. I think you should control your emotions and be a little discreet on consumer complaint sites like these. Such ranting may result into admin removing your complaint, which is obviously not your aim. Speaking of fashionandyou.com, I am a fellow shopper from this site, and I will have to disagree with you on the customer service issue. According to me their customer support system is improving, given my few recent encounters with them. There are many issues involved in refunding of money, and it surely takes up some time. Are you sure you were not refunded in the form of store credit? Because in that case you will not received a cheque or something. Whatever your complaint, I am sure it will be settled by fashionandyou.com.

You seem to be from F&Y... I have seen you commenting on almost every post relating to F&Y. U r saying, their CS is improving?????? Please...!!! there are hundreds of ppl who r complaining. They can;t a small thing like stopping their irritating messages that they send every morning without even being concerned if the person is on DND list or not.
I am going ahead on filing a case on this company. And i[censored] are a part of this company, be informed that the company is going to be in a mess for taking people for granted.
