[Resolved]  Fashion And You — Undelivered Ordered Goods

Finally, the order of my missing napkin rings has come for which i have already paid Rs. 200 against order number 787461. for the same my complaint is still active. the person came to deliver my napkin rings asked for 200 rs again to receive the order as the status on the order invoice was mentioned something "Cash on delivery" term sent along with this order.

Thus, I really want to know what is happening at your end Fashion and You team. when some consumer complaints against your poor services then your people kept calling us and telling us that "Please take the complaint back and all" . Why?

Really, one fine example of pity full service and moreover, the person came to deliver the order started shouting and demanding for money. there were 3 Officers were standing at my door during that particular interval when all this happened. i was telling him to wait for a moment while i was on the call with one of your with customer care executives and was talking to him regarding the same. you can review the complaint number: 719680 submitted within time.

it is your headache to get my order delivered at my door for which i have already paid.

If any action not being initiated than i have to raise the level because I am FED up of your poor service! No more shopping with you people, have had enough! hope my pipeline orders will get delivered to me safely within time.

Fashion & you — items missing from order

i placed order on fashion & you website, for 3 items total invoice amount 7327.00, but i have only received 1 item & now i have mail fashion & you i got auto reply that we will come back to you with in 24 hrs but till now its been a week & still no reply. or any type of phone call to say we are working on it & will revert back to asap.

Fashion and You — Regarding the orders undelivered

I have ordered the below products , but till the date i havent recieved it and didnt got the money back .Its been two months now for the orders . you guys never tell tell the customers that the product is not available and we will refund the money , i have called you 20 times in last two months for the orders . till the date i have made more than 25 orders , but never receive an order on time .
Will you please tell me the status of the below orders and i want the money back in my fashionandyou account , not in the credit card.

Fashion and You- So called online company dealing in trendy & antique level good seems a torture to the people, who like to get indulge in online shopping. I have placed an order for an antique gramophone and for a dinning table set consisting of six items. i was shocked to open the shipped order as there were only 5 items instead of six and the invoice was prepared for six item as i was charged with a payment of Rs. 1300/-. Rs. 200/- was added to the invoice, whereas the product called Napkin Rings was not enclosed in the shipped order. Same happened A DAY AGO when i reviewed the gramophone package as it was consisting of only two parts and rest of the physical parts were missing. I was charged with rs 3000/- for this incomplete order.

I have called them several times, every time their HIGHLY TRAINED CUSTOMER CARE justifies " we will dispatch the pending good within 72 hours or the undelivered stuff is still awaited from the manufacturer. I must say, THESE PEOPLE ARE TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL WITH POOR QUALITY CHECK & DELIVERY DEPARTMENT.

It is my request to all, kindly do not commence any order with Fashion and You or at www.fashionandyou.com.

Let me give you the details so that you can extract some information about my complaint. Access complanit number 657756 and 654028, which are e-mailed by your customer care department as Transaction Reference to me! My order numbers are: 820090, which is delivered to me two days ago with incomplete parts and 787461, which was placed for 6 items, but i have received only 5 and the missing item was NAPKIN RINGS

Find out, you will get the information in your customer care database cause remember the name of your customer care executives, who had registered my complaints. If by providing certain details still your are unable to find out the information then i will put the scanned copy of your bills and images of incomplete ordered on this website to help you out. See, this is really enough time, i am running out of my patience. i have to raise the level of the complaint if you are unable. if you will not provide me the genuine information. Either dispatch the items or refund the money!

Finally, I have received the support from Fashion and You Customer Support Department and the return procedure of my order no: 820090 is initiated and my Napkin Rings for order no: 787461 are on the way (As i informed by the concerned team). I have came across a vendor dealing in old Gramphones. So i have purchased the remaining parts of this antique from him and informed the official as well regarding the same. Hoping to receive my remaining itme of Napkin rings as soon as possible.

A customer, no matter whether he/ she is potential or not, always seek for such quick support, when some product is being ordered online.

I really Hope that Fashion And You will keep it up in the future as well!
Fashion and You Team, whats happening at your end! My napkin rings has come today at my door, but the invoice you sent it was reflecting status "Cash on delivery" . do i really need to pay twice for your poor services and careless attitude? Your have proved it again that you never can improve your services and continue with the same. This is How you are loosing your customers one by one.

Kindly contact your courier partner or delivery partner as well and request them to train their delivery boys. they do not have sense of talking and they create a scene very soon and behave restless . He started shouted at my gate and asking for rs. 200 rupee to receive the order while i was on the call with one of your Fashion and You team members regarding the same. he left with his own wish without even waiting for 5 mins.

My two orders are in the pipeline. hoping to receive them safely. have had enough and no more shopping with you people. It is your moral duty to ensure my product delivery when you are established as an online shopping gateway company!
it been 6 days and no update from your side regarding cash return or delivery the napkin rings for which i have already paid an amount of rs.200/-. i am going to wait for another a day or two regarding the same. the level of the complaint will be raised through other sources of communication.

You people are showing yourself as a perfect example of careless attitude...
I have received my napkin rings yesterday and this pending issue is resolved. thus, this complaint should be considered and treated as closed! thanks Fashion and You!
