[Resolved] Fashion And You — Poor quality/fake perfumes | |||
I ordered two Bulgari perfumes from fashion and you and there was absolutely no fragrance in them. After having used these products before I can definitely say that they are either expired or fake. When I wrote to them they refused to do anything about it. After multiple calls to customer care and complaining to them, they finally agreed to test the product and they asked me to return it. But now they are saying that if it passes their "quality" test then they will send it back to me. My order numbers are 740875 and 771354. I am completely disappointed. Lets see what happens. Fashion and you had taken back both the products and refunded the amount. If only the had obliged the first time I called, I would have been a happy loyal customer.
