I have spoken to your executive a number of times. I get the same question as you've written. I have waited for 2 months (as against the said time of 3-4 weeks) for the delivery & I've been told that I have to ship the product & then avail the reimbursement. Do you expect the customer to go through a trouble worth 3 times the product value? this is not acceptable. I am totally disappointed since this is not the 1st time I've faced this. It's the 3rd time I'm facing this issue.
The order no. is 468164: I would like to know the transaction number of the amount transfer and details of the amount transfered.
Order No: 459630: This order has taken over 4 weeks, almost 7-8 weeks as of now to reach me and has reached me in a totally damaged condition.
I need a compensation for my time spent and for both the orders I had paid the money through net banking.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. For the order number 468164, refund was done on 29 June from our end and for order number 459630 return has been initiated, once we receive the product back at our warehouse, refund will be processed after validation of the return.
We regret the hassle you had to bear because o[censored]s and promise to provide better service in the future. We hope you will give us another chance.

This is the 3rd time I'm facing this. The constraints Fashion & You has for return is that your shippment shouldnt cost more than Rs. 150/- and that it should reach you within 10 days of our receipt. What if the customer has time only on weekends? Also, an order which takes 2 months to reach the customer, the expectation from the customer is that he/ she should send it within 10 days back to you?
There's no question of a 2nd chance. Also, the 1st time when Fashion & You told me that my order was canceled, it was on my umpteen phone calls that they told me. Not on their own. They sent me a mere voucher worth Rs. 250/- in my email & it wasnt even reflected in my Fashion & You account.
Another order, as mentioned, took over 2 month to reach after so many calls. This was a top.
