I have been charged for 3 transactions on 22nd September 2011, by the online shopping website Fashionandyou.com. Although i am a registered member, these transactions are not done by me. I am based in Mumbai and the company in Gurgaon so i cannot go personally to their office. Despite repeated phonecalls they only keep saying that they will revert in 72 hours but its close to a week since the incident and i have got no solution or even a simple revert from them Was this information helpful? |
