I purchased a product(wrist watch-LAFUMA) which was not at all appealing and justified as per price.It was defective as well as cheap imitation of luxury watch brands,due to which I requested company to take back the faulty product and refund money.The company(fashionandyou.com) credited my account with that amount in the form of promotional voucher which also had expiry date.
Now that the voucher has expired and company is reluctant I have repeatedly requested them to refund the due amount with cheque or credit my account with them with unconditional time based voucher.But the company is very unfriendly and I have now a feeling that my money(INR 1549) has gone,due to so called company policy.
