I had purchased a photoframe from the above online store vide order # 2346263 in the month of August 2012.I product was delivered to me in damaged condition and post complaining they requested me to send them photographs for extent of damage to enable them to execute a reverse pick up and refund.
However till date neither have they picked up the product nor has refunded my money.After multiple phone calls and complaints vide complaint # 2439019 they informed me that they cannot do a reverse pick up as the area is not covered under the services of their courier company. However a supervisor named Amit on 16/10/2012 assured that he will arrange a pick up by some other company and refund the money. He also told me that he would cinfirm the same through an email which I am yet to receive.
Under such circumstances I am extremely dissatisfied with these services and this has led to unnecessary harrassment for me. I want my money back asap.
