HI All,
Can somebody pls tell me the contact number of fashion and you office ..the site has a number but it doesn't go through..
Can someone suggest an alternative number.pls my parcel which i paid online has not yet come to me. and the one that i requested to pay on delivery was sent home immediately but it was a defective piece.
I have started hating this site and would not recommend it to anybody ..
They only show stuffs good online but the ones we receive are all defective and looks used..

I have similar issue for one of my order raised on 15th December and no reply over the mail and Helpdesk number: [protected]. But when i tried couple of minutes before i was able to get connected to their Helpdesk. They are complaining that they have technical problem and having slow server issue so they can't verify the order status, promised for call back on my mobile. Waiting for their call now.

UNDER THE PRESENT CIRCUMSTANCES I AM UNABLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEIR CUSTOMER CARE DEPAMENT.
