I PLACED AN ORDER NO.150754 ON 17TH DECEMBER, 2010 FOR SIX ITEMS.
I HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM THEM.

I CONTACTED THEM ON 7TH JANUARY AND I WAS TOLD IT WILL BE DESPATCHED SHORTLY.

ON 8TH JANUARY I LODGED AN ENQUIRY ON THEIR WEBSITE WHICH WAS REPLIED AS UNDER

WHEN I TRY TO CONTACT THEIR CUSTOMER CARE TELEPHONE NO. [protected] I RECEIVE A TAPED MESSAGE FOR ENHANCEMENT CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH OUR NEW NO. [protected]. BUT WHEN I TRY THE NEW NO. I GET THE TAPED MESSAGE FROM TELECOM DEPARTMENT THE DIALLED CODE DOES NOT EXIST.

UNDER THE PRESENT CIRCUMSTANCES I AM UNABLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEIR CUSTOMER CARE DEPAMENT.

WILL THE CONCERNED CUSTOMER CARE OFFICIALS LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND APPRISE ME OF THE LATEST STTUS OF THE ORDER NO. 150754 DATED 17TH DECEMBER, 2010 AS ALSO THE DESPATCH STATUS.

HI All,
Can somebody pls tell me the contact number of fashion and you office ..the site has a number but it doesn't go through..

Can someone suggest an alternative number.pls my parcel which i paid online has not yet come to me. and the one that i requested to pay on delivery was sent home immediately but it was a defective piece.

I have started hating this site and would not recommend it to anybody ..
They only show stuffs good online but the ones we receive are all defective and looks used..

Hello All,

I have similar issue for one of my order raised on 15th December and no reply over the mail and Helpdesk number: [protected]. But when i tried couple of minutes before i was able to get connected to their Helpdesk. They are complaining that they have technical problem and having slow server issue so they can't verify the order status, promised for call back on my mobile. Waiting for their call now.
