Fashion And You — Damaged Goods Received/No response

My order no. is 74464.

Order Was Placed On 11/10/10 And Contains Tshirts From KSWISS.
As I Understand The Order Should Have Been Dispatched By Now As Its Been A Month And None Of My Previous Orders Have Ever Taken So Long.
I was given a reply which said:

We have received your inquiry and are assigning it to a representative. You can expect to receive a response from us within one business day.
To help track your inquiry we have generated a reference number. Your ticket code is LTK[protected]X. Please use this code in any further communication.

Nobody has contacted me yet and i always get the same response when i inquire.The telephone helpline does not work either.
Never faced such a hassle before and now im not confident about buying my next purchase.Some items ordered after this date have been delivered though.

@Yash: We tried contacting you for your issue but your no. is switched off. Please provide your alternative conatct no. so that we can connect with you for your issue and resolve the same.

@Yash: We tried contacting you many times for your issue, we have mailed your regarding your order, we would wait for your revert and then will take the action on the same.

I replied but got the auto response message again

However if you agree we can send you the ''atheletic'' only and refund you the amount for the products unavailable with us.
Also the ''Deals and You'' voucher will be credited back to your Fashion and you account.
Kindly acknowledge this mail.

Send the me ''atheletic'' only and refund the remaining amount for the products unavailable with you as soon as possible to my card.

Credits have not been put in my account yet so i can use it for buying something else, not has the availaible item been put to courier yet.

@Yash: We have refunded your balanced amount and pushed back the voucher to your shopping account.
