This is in reference to the complaint # 1177925 (order details mentioned below) which I have logged a month ago with Fashion and you via online transaction. I have made a full payment of 899.00 via online payment through debit card on 10 Jan’2012. However till now neither the product nor the refund payment was done by them.

Several times, I have called them at their customer care # i.e. +[protected], and emailed them at [protected]@fashionandyou.com. But no one is bothered to listen my concern. In fact, in reply they have sent me an invalid POD.
