[Resolved] Fast Track Call Taxi — Poor service
This is regarding the harassment that I faced with fast track service in Bangalore. I
booked a cab on 08-10-10 for 8 pm, from Koramangala Forum Mall to R T Nagar. And when after not getting any call or SMS even after 10 min, I called to the call center, the lady said that ' Driver will be calling you'. After another 15 min. I called and one lady said :' I do not have any idea Madam, u perhaps talked to some other lady, well Driver will be calling you within 5 min'. Then after that on 10 minutes interval I kept calling and they replied in the same way. And at 9.30 pm when I called the call center man was saying 'Shortage of vehicle Madam, wait for another 45 min", in a very casual way. And that cab did not reached at the place to pick.
The fast track call center people are really irresponsible and i bound to change my plan to book fast track for office pick and drop. Really poor service they are providing.
Please try to be responsible like Meru or other cabs. I am writing this just to make people alert from fraud service providers specially after evening.
