fast track call taxi chennai — not arrived on time

I booked for fasttrack call taxi on 12/08/2012 and they have send SMS for the same. My Job no is 702 dated 12/08/2012 booked from Agaram. I booked for 13/08/2012 at 5.45 am to attaend a function at 6.30 am at Ganga ram kalayana mandapam, Arkaud roads, vada palani. It did come on time. When we enquired at 6.20 theyir staff told we have changed the driver and he will come soon andf give his no also. When inquired driver he said he has to come from chetpet and he could come only 20 to 30 minutes. He came at last by 6.40. We are not at all happy with the fasttrack service.

Please take necessary action.
