fast track call taxi chennai — irresponsible service

For a marriage function on 2nd may 2015 I have booked 4 cabs in fast track call taxi 10 days before the marriage [protected].They have booked those cabs and gave me The booking I'D Nos.[protected])[protected].But they haven't sent any message regardi ng details of drivers.I remembered them from 1st may onwards because 48 passengers depends those cabs.Every time I remember them they gave me confirmation of my booked cabs.On particular day also They assured me that they will sent all cabs without fail.I have booked the 4cabs (Tempo travellers)at 4.30pm.But upto 5.15pm they have not sent any cabs at all.After 5.15pm they called me and said all 4 cabs are not available, instead of it, if i wish, they ready to sent Tavare or zylo cars.Even though time running out I said ok to sent those cars immediately.And after 10 minutes they called me and said those cars also not available.we all stranded in streets and have no other alternatives other then to miss the marriage.Because marriage starts at 6pm.It will take about one and half hours to reach the place at which marriage was held.If they have informed about non availability of cabs one hour before the actual time booked, then we would have arranged some other alternatives to attend the marriage.They put us in a situation in which we're not able to make any alternatives for transportation.We all deeply hurt about not attending the marriage and also deeply hurt against the irresponsible service of fast track call taxi. one more incident have happened due to so much of delay in informing us about non availablity of cabs, among the 48 passengers two of them husband and wife have started to attend the marriage by bike and met an accident and seriously injured and admitted in Annai Theresa hospital near Medavakkam.what a horrible thing we have experienced due to irresponsible service of fast track call taxi Co.We gave a complaint to fast track and simply replied sorry and said that they will take action.Thats all from them.There is no responsible answer or action from them upto now.They have to be punished for cheating the customers like this and make them to compensate for each of the passengers.Then only this kind of incidents will not happened in future.
